What is the minimum investment required for the EB5 program?

The minimum investment amount for the EB5 program depends on the type of project. For petitions filed after March 15, 2022, the required minimum investment is $1,050,000 for standard projects and $800,000 for projects in a targeted employment area (TEA) or regional center-associated infrastructure projects. For petitions filed before March 15, 2022, the minimum investment was $1,000,000 for standard projects and $500,000 for projects in a TEA.
